Hal & Mal's Adds Happy Hour, New Menu to Blue Mondays

Hal & Mal's, the iconic restaurant and music venue in downtown Jackson is proud to announce updates to its weekly blues night, Blue Monday.

Blue Monday takes place in the Red Room with Hal & Mal’s full menu and drinks, including a new happy hour menu, offering a larger entertainment space for music lovers, foodies, locals, and visitors looking to mix and mingle. "We are excited to take Blue Monday to the next level," says Mary Sanders Ferriss Cavicchi, Hal & Mal's co-owner. "With these updates, we are confident that our guests will enjoy an even better blues experience.”

Yolanda Clay-Moore, Director of Communications for Visit Jackson, adds, "Jackson is known for its rich music heritage, and Hal & Mal's is one of the most iconic venues in the city. We are thrilled to partner with them to showcase the blues music scene in Jackson and attract more visitors to our city."

Besides Blue Monday, Hal & Mal's offers dinner and live music every week in the dining room, making it the perfect place for people who want to have dinner while listening to some of the best musicians in the city.

Hal & Mal's menu features a variety of Southern-inspired dishes, including its famous po' boys and red beans & rice, and a selection of craft cocktails, beers, and wines. Damien Cavicchi, Hal & Mal’s co-owner and new Executive Chef, has added several new menu items for guests to enjoy.
