Overview

The tiki crew is back. After the success of the first Save the Pearl Tiki Pop-Up, Northshore Specialty Coffee owner Trey Malone and his friends return for a second night of true tiki. The Pearl’s developers invited them to take the reins, and the first pop-up proved the idea works.

Malone and his friend Jim Goode bring their tiki recipes, rooted in the classics Don the Beachcomber introduced when he opened the first tiki bar in Los Angeles in 1933. Tiki is a specific style of cocktail, and Malone and Goode have spent months getting these drinks right.

Another packed night keeps the momentum going for tiki at The Pearl.
