The Magic Flute by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is one of the world’s most famous musical stage productions. The handsome young Prince Tamino finds himself in a magical land between the sun and the moon where he encounters a giant serpent, the evil Queen of the Night, and the beautiful Princess Pamina, who is being held captive by the high priest, Sarastro. With the assistance of Papageno, a comical bird catcher, his magic flute, and other mysterious characters, Tamino saves Pamina. But together they must overcome the terrifying ordeals and trials of water and fire, protected only by the “Magic Flute,” which has the power to change the men’s hearts. It is a virtuous quest of triumph, courage, and wisdom overcoming evil.

Mozart’s greatest operatic success is unlike anything else he composed , and is, without question, an absolute masterpiece of musical theatre. The story combines serious and life-threatening situations with moments of side-splitting, slapstick comedy and special effects. No matter the twists and turns the plot takes, the music is always beautiful, magical, and Mozart!

Above all, it is a fun-filled adventure for the whole family!
