Raise a pint to American Craft Beer Week at Jackson's independent brewery. All week long, Fertile Ground Beer Co. is celebrating with $1 off all beers, a perfect excuse to work through the tap list and support small, independent brewing right here at home.

The festivities hit a high note this Friday, May 15, when three brand-new beers make their debut in honor of Fertile Ground's 4th anniversary. The lineup includes two collaborations with Vector Brewing — Party Pils, a New Zealand-style Pilsner, and Sá Dude, a Vietnamese-inspired Lemongrass Saison — plus 10-4, a dry-hopped Pilsner made with Altstadt Brewery. A limited supply of 4th anniversary glasses will also be available while they last. Saturday, May 16, brings more of the same, plus live music, to the taproom.

American Craft Beer Week is a national celebration of small and independent U.S. breweries, and there's no better way to participate than by pulling up a barstool at your hometown brewery.
