Couchfest V

Overview

Couchfest V is the fifth annual celebration of DIY music, punk rock, and independent artists in Jackson — and it's built nothing like a traditional festival. No big stage, no heavy production, no separation between artist and crowd. You walk in, find a place to stand or sit, and listen.

The lineup spans both nights with original music from local and regional acts. Friday brings Blue Widow, Joybomb, Surfwax, and Headcannon. Saturday features Kicking, Street Lamp, Beat Up, El Chavos, Clitter Critters, The, Akashic 45s, Eyes Like Yours, and Snake Meadow Hill — plus Too Darn Loud performing out front. On Saturday, the backyard art market opens alongside the music, featuring work from Ashe Hemphill, Barb Greaves, Brenden Davis, Cami Roebuck, Charlotte Greaves, Devin McCan, H.I. Green, Isaac De La Cruz, Jackson VonMinden, Jordan Hankinson, Justin Ransburg, Megan Hitt, Nin, Sam Hewes, Sara Greaves, and The Knotty Ghoul.
