Overview

On June 2 & 3, the premiere music festival, Cathead Jam, returns to Jackson, Mississippi, promising an experience like no other.

Featured artist include: Goose, The Flaming Lips, Shakey Graves, Larkin Poe, Cimafunk, The Band of Heathens, and Daniel Donato's Cosmic Country

After a three year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Cathead Jam 2023 will be a music and cultural weekend filled with high-profile headliners from around the country, up and coming artists, and everything in between.

Cathead Jam honors and celebrates the music and culture of Mississippi and this year we are proud to partner with the Dreamnote Foundation. Founded by four Mississippi business leaders from the beverage and entertainment industries, the Dreamnote Foundation pledges to improve access to music and art throughout Mississippi in underserved communities. All proceeds from Cathead Jam will be directed towards advancing equal access to music education.
