Tucked inside The Westin Jackson, Estelle Southern Table brings the bold flavors and grand traditions of the Southern table into a warm, convivial dining room with fashionable, lofty surrounds. The kitchen turns out farm-to-table American fare that celebrates the bounty of the region, from elegantly reimagined Southern classics to large-format communal feasts built for sharing. In the lounge, an energetic craft cocktail program pairs with a globally curated wine list — work recognized in 2025 with Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence.

Leading the kitchen is Executive Chef Donovan Campbell, whose career spans hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cruise lines, including a stint as Executive Chef with Celebrity Cruises specializing in French-inspired menus across North American and European itineraries. That range shows up on Estelle's menu, where Southern soul meets refined technique.

Estelle is open daily, with breakfast served Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 10:30 AM, lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, weekend brunch Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and dinner served every night from 4:00 to 10:00 PM.
