Capitol Street Sweets

Capitol Street Sweets fills downtown Jackson's historic Heritage Building with an eclectic lineup of treats — gourmet popsicles, gourmet cotton candy (including cotton candy sushi), nostalgic candy favorites, unique gummies, craft sodas, and handcrafted ice cream from The Scoop on 61N, made in small batches in Mississippi.

The shop is a collaboration between three sweets entrepreneurs: Matt Collins of Frios Gourmet Popsicles, and Karen Miller and Donna Alexander of Sweet Bliss Candy Company. What began as a friendship between fellow candy and treat business owners grew into a shared shop built around one idea — slowing down, indulging, and making a few sweet memories along the way.
