Visit Jackson Launches New Season of ‘Soul Sessions’ Podcast

Visit Jackson’s podcast, Soul Sessions, is back with new guests, a new schedule and a new guest host.

The show is hosted by Visit Jackson’s Content Marketing Manager, Paul Wolf, with Visit Jackson Director of Communications Yolanda Clay-Moore occasionally anchoring the program.

Officially released in February 2020, Soul Sessions explores conversations on culture from Jackson, Mississippi, and posts twice a month on podcast platforms.

“I’m looking forward to the people we will introduce you to in the coming months,” said Wolf. “We want to bring the stories of Jackson’s changemakers to life in a short, easy listen, and help you gain a better understanding of what makes the city so special.”

Smith Robertson Museum’s Gwen Harmon and restaurateur Dr. Jerrick Rose will open the new season.

Previous guests included sports promoter Tim Bennett, urban farmer Cindy Ayers-Elliott, and restaurateur Geno Lee, among others.
