Hinds Culinary Expo 2025

Visit Jackson, the official destination leadership organization for the city of Jackson, in partnership with Hinds Community College, presented the 2025 Hospitality & Culinary Expo on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at the Bivins Building on Hinds Community College’s Jackson Campus. The event celebrated culinary arts and hospitality excellence across the Jackson Metro area.

Hosted by Lenelle “UncleCed” Smith, a professor, musician, and videographer at Hinds’ Utica Campus, the expo brought together students, educators, industry professionals, and community leaders for a day of inspiration, networking, and hands-on learning.

Attendees enjoyed tastings prepared by Hinds Community College culinary students who showcased their culinary accomplishments and creativity. Exhibits from local hospitality and culinary businesses highlighted the strength and diversity of the region’s industry.

The 2025 Hospitality & Culinary Expo showcased the ongoing collaboration between Visit Jackson and Hinds Community College, fostering opportunities for workforce development and innovation in one of Mississippi’s most vital industries.
