The Management and Board of Directors of Visit Jackson continue to stand with its hospitality and direct service providers during the Capital City's unprecedented water crisis. Visit Jackson has requested a bi-weekly update from the City of Jackson to position the agency as an additional communication resource to its tourism stakeholders regarding the status of the water conditions.

Visit Jackson applauds the extraordinary efforts and industry best practices that our hotel, restaurant, and attractions community have demonstrated during this time, ensuring its patrons' safety and service expectations. Additional strategies are currently being vetted to posture our partners to meet the needs of visitors and citizens alike in the City With Soul.
