Pickle Fest 2026 Tickets on Sale Now

The Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum Foundation invites you to pucker up for the 6th Annual Pickle Fest, returning June 13 (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and June 14 (Noon - 5 p.m.), to the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum at 1150 Lakeland Drive in Jackson.

Known for its lively atmosphere and pickle-packed fun, Pickle Fest features two days of live music, family-friendly activities, educational demonstrations, and pickle-inspired foods throughout the museum grounds and historic Small Town Mississippi. Proceeds benefit the Mississippi Agriculture & Forestry Museum and the National Agricultural Aviation Museum.

Following a record-setting 7,200 attendees from 24 states in 2025, Pickle Fest 2026 tickets are on sale now and expected to sell out.

  • Foundation Members: $10 per day
  • Non-Members: $15 per day
  • Children under 3: Free
  • A separate ticket is required for each day

Named a “Best Small Festival in Mississippi” by the Mississippi Tourism Association, Pickle Fest celebrates fermentation, food traditions, and Mississippi’s agricultural heritage in a fun, engaging way for all ages. “Pickle Fest continues to grow each year,” said Dr. Bill Herndon, Chair of the Foundation’s Board of Directors. “It’s a wonderful opportunity for the community and businesses to come together around a shared love of pickles.”

Museum Executive Director Theresa Love added, “Pickle Fest is both a celebration and an educational platform that highlights Mississippi’s agriculture and ag aviation story - and it’s a lot of fun.”

  • Pickle Eating Contest
  • NEW: Dill Lightful Costume Contest - festivalgoers are encouraged to dress in their most creative pickle-themed attire
  • “Pickle a Pickle” Contest - homemade pickled creations of any variety
  • “Pickle Palooza” Contest - inventive dishes featuring pickled ingredients
  • Sweet Pickle Patch Kids’ Area with crafts, story time, face painting, and take-home cucumber seeds
  • Pickling demonstrations by Mississippi State Extension Service
  • Live music, vendors, and Mississippi-made products
