Cathead Distillery, Mississippi’s first and oldest legal distillery, is set to bring back the popular annual music festival, Cathead Jam, on Friday, June 2 & Saturday, June 3, 2023. After a three-year hiatus caused by the pandemic, the Jackson-based distillery with a mission to “Support Live Music” will host a weekend filled with musical performances, local food & drinks, games, and good times for the Jackson community.

The two-day festival, which welcomed over 5,000 attendees and hosted bands like The Revivalists, Umphrey's McGee, and Greensky Bluegrass in 2019, has plans to return even bigger and better this summer with more artists, dialed in food offerings from local chefs, craft brews from Jackson’s brewery, Fertile Ground Beer Co., and of course, craft cocktails made with Cathead Distillery’s award-winning line of small batch spirits.

“After three summers with no Jam, we’ve got a lot of lost times to make up for,” said Richard Patrick, Co-Founder of Cathead Distillery. “We’ve always said Cathead Jam was a music festival for Jackson, so we’re excited to partner with even more locally owned restaurants, businesses, and brands to make this year’s festival one for the books.”
