Enjoy wellness and creativity inspired by Eudora Welty’s connection to nature!
Join certified yoga instructor Maya Morris for a series of free, gentle yoga classes on the Welty front lawn every Tuesday morning in October, 7-7:30 a.m. Please bring your own mat.
Each session begins with a Welty quote, encouraging mindfulness in the peaceful garden setting. Participants can also reflect on their practice with a worksheet and share their experience with us on Instagram or Facebook @eudoraweltyhouse.
