Overview
Jackson's competitive pinball scene is celebrating a new arrival. Fertile Ground Beer Co. hosts a Pokémon-themed pinball machine launch party alongside a sanctioned IFPA tournament — open to all skill levels, ages, and genders.
Tournament play begins with Group Matchplay qualifying, targeting six rounds from 6:00pm to 9:00pm, with finals immediately following for the top 50% of participants. First-timers are welcome — registration opens the day of the event, there's no player limit, and veterans are known for sharing tips even mid-competition. Play once and you'll be entered into the IFPA's worldwide ranking database of more than 150,000 players.
The event is directed by Jessica Thaxton of Southern Tilt, Mississippi's two-time female state pinball champion.
No outside alcohol permitted inside Fertile Ground.
