At noon on Wednesday, March 4, a representative from Wayne-Sanderson Farms will present on the history and impact of the poultry industry in Mississippi as part of the History Is Lunch series. Wayne-Sanderson is the nation’s third-largest poultry producer and the sponsor for the special exhibition, Mississippi Made. This free event will take place in the Craig H. Neilsen Auditorium of the Two Mississippi Museums in Jackson and will stream live on the MDAH Facebook page and YouTube channel.
