Join us for a special collaborative dinner featuring female chefs from Amerigo Flowood + Fondren with wine pairings from women-led wineries!

Join us on Monday, March 24th and Tuesday, March 25th for a very special collaborative dinner in celebration of Women’s History Month! We're excited to bring together two talented female chefs who help shape our kitchens every day — Senior Kitchen Managers Bridget Williams (Flowood) and Stephanie Bell (Fondren) — for a two-night dining experience.

Together, Chef Bridget and Chef Stephanie will present a four-course menu, while each course is paired with wines from women-led California wineries.

The cost of the dinner includes a four-course dinner, wine pairings, tax, and gratuity. Reservations canceled within less than 72 hours of the event will incur a $30/person cancellation fee; Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

First Course

Strawberry & Goat Cheese Crostini: balsamic drizzle

Second Course

Pineapple Shrimp Spring Salad: citrus vinaigrette

Third Course

Pasta Bolognese: Italian sausage ragu, spaghetti pasta, mixed peppers, onions, rich marinara sauce

Paired with Duckhorn "Decoy" Merlot, California

Fourth Course

Chocolate Truffles
