The Reed House at Live Oaks is a timeless Southern wedding and event venue where your vision takes center stage. Nestled beneath a breathtaking grove of 250-year-old live oak trees at Live Oaks Golf Club, this serene setting offers a naturally beautiful backdrop for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, and special events — all in one peaceful destination.

When you book your wedding day at The Reed House, you receive full access to the entire venue from 8 AM until midnight. That includes the spacious 10,000 sq ft Event Hall and the 1,500 sq ft Pavilion, along with outdoor furniture seating areas and a fire pit where guests can relax and gather. A generous inventory of round, bistro, and rectangular tables — plus Chiavari and folding chairs — is included with your rental, along with parking for up to 200 cars on site.

The Reed House team is with you every step of the way. A venue representative is present throughout your event, and the team handles all pre- and post-event setup and cleaning. A security guard and parking attendant are available for added peace of mind. Photography portrait time is also included through a separate session.

One of the things that sets The Reed House apart is the freedom it gives couples. You're welcome to work with any licensed and insured vendors of your choosing, so you can build the team that's right for your celebration. Bar and beverage services are arranged separately, and event insurance is required.

The Bunk House at Live Oaks is built for groups: simple, comfortable, and ready to host up to 80 guests across two overnight lodging buildings. Queen rooms and large bunk rooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for weddings, family reunions, golf weekends, church retreats and everything in between. Beds come fully furnished with linens, pillows, and bedding, so guests arrive and settle in without the hassle.

A central community building anchors the common areas, with meeting tables, kitchen prep space, guest laundry, and outdoor firepit and picnic spots for evenings spent together. The facility is ADA-compliant, offers free Wi-Fi and bus parking, and has 24-hour manager support. Check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
