Cathead Distillery

Founded in 2010, Cathead Distillery is Mississippi’s first legal distillery and a proud fixture of downtown Jackson’s arts district. With a deep commitment to Southern culture, community, and craftsmanship, Cathead offers award-winning small-batch spirits including vodka, gin, bourbon, and liqueurs. The distillery hosts guided tours and tastings Tuesday through Saturday, offering visitors a behind-the-scenes look at the distillation process and the opportunity to sample signature spirits in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

Tours & Tastings

Cathead’s 30-minute guided tours include tastings of up to four spirits and are led by knowledgeable staff who share the story behind the brand, its Mississippi roots, and its role in supporting the local arts and music community.

Cathead Bar

Guests can also enjoy craft cocktails and live music at the on-site bar on Fridays and Saturdays or shop for bottles and branded merchandise throughout the week.
