Originally from Lucedale, Boondocks BBQ has been open in Wiggins for 12 years. After working as a waiter at Green Ghost Tacos, finishing college, and helping expand the family operation, Kody has created this exciting collaboration that offers the best of both worlds. The menu features hot and savory BBQ plates including wings, brisket, and burgers, all served alongside Green Ghost's signature Mexican fare.

This creative partnership showcases Jackson's growing culinary diversity and entrepreneurial spirit, bringing fresh flavors to the city's dining scene. Open Monday through Wednesday from 11 AM to 9 PM and Thursday through Friday from 11 AM to midnight, Boondocks BBQ adds another distinctive option to Jackson's vibrant food landscape.
