Chipper & Coco

A dream turned reality, Ann Somers opened Chipper & Coco in 2019 with her husband, Bob Potesky, as a place not just for quality pet products but for community members who think of their pets like family.

Located in The District at Eastover, Chipper & Coco is your neighborhood-friendly pet store that carries the best in toys, treats, food, wellness, and more, all with an expert staff that loves their furry customers as much as their human ones. They also partner with C.A.R.A. (Community Animal Rescue and Adoption) to house adoptable dogs and cats that need loving homes.

Be sure to check out some of their special services, including D.I.Y. dog bath stations, in-home pet sitting services, and personalized dog training.

Providing full-service bathing, grooming, boarding, day camp, and training facilities, their staff wants your pet to feel as safe and well-cared for as they would in the comfort of their own home.

A unique benefit that the Dog Wash offers is "Get Fit" packages to support your pet's maximum well-being, whether it's shedding a few extra pounds or administering veterinarian-recommended services. Their team knows a healthy pet is a happy one and would love to help make you and your pet's relationship long-lasting (and full of fun!)

Lefleur's Bluff State Park

Brees Bark Park

This dog park has nearly 2 acres of off-leash fun for Jackson's dogs. A quarterly membership of $33 keeps the facilities clean for you and your pet, as well as a portion going to help C.A.R.A. Animal Shelter located next door. There are even fun hiking and walking paths, splash zones, and wooded areas to explore, along with plenty of shaded areas and benches to take a rest.

While dogs must be spayed or neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and friendly to take part, you know that your pup is getting the best (and safest) play experience.
