Mississippi Children's Museum Friday - 10 am
Join MCM at Noon for Noon Year’s Eve! Fill the rocket with New Year’s wishes and watch it blast off during the countdown at noon! Enjoy special programming and more as we ring in the New Year. This event is the grand finale of MCM’s Holiday Spectacular that ignites the imagination and inspires the New Year ahead. Tickets are available.

New Year's Eve Glow Party

Mississippi Museum of Natural Science - Friday 6 pm
Bring your family to ring in the New Year in a “Glow-tastic” way while saying goodbye to 2021 and the “Wild Weather” exhibit before it blows away! Masks are recommended.

Live Comedy: D'Lai
Chuckle's Comedy House - Friday-Sunday
Winner of the 2004 Vegas Star Search, comedian and entrepreneur D'Lai has since appeared on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam, Showtime, BET's ComicView, and Kevin Hart's Laughing Out Loud Network. His stop in Jackson includes show hall weekend. There’s a two item minimum purchase, casual dress, and masks required. Multiple shows with tickets available here.

New Year’s Eve Sneakers Ball
Mississippi Trademart - Friday 8 pm

New Year's Eve with The Jarekus Singleton Band at Martin's Downtown
Martin's Downtown - Friday 9 pm
Springing from the same Mississippi soil as Charley Patton, Muddy Waters and B.B. King, Singleton’s cutting-edge sound—equally rooted in rap, rock and blues traditions—is all his own. USA Today says Jarekus Singleton offers "stinging blues guitar and potent, original songs herald(ing) the emergence of a major new talent." Tickets are available.

2022 New Year's Day Soulabration

Mississippi Coliseum - Saturday 7 pm

New Year's Eve Dinners

Elvie's - 6 and 8:30 pm
Celebrate the end of 2021 and the beginning of a new year with Elvie's. They're offering a 5 course prix fixe menu with a welcome glass of sparkling wine, as well as optional wine pairings. They'll also be offering a caviar and champagne service. Tickets will go quickly.

BRAVO! New Years' Eve - 6 pm and 9 pm
With six delectable courses, plus, five perfectly paired wines, choose between the early seating at 6 PM for $85 a person or the late seating at 9 PM for $95 a person (which includes extra champagne or sparkling cider toast and celebratory sparklers). This event usually sells out, so purchase tickets today.

Char, Crazy Cat Eat Up, and 1908 Provisions at The Fairview Inn typically host New Year's Eve dinners. Check with each individual restaurant for this year's plans.
