Find Your Fest at a Jackson Event
Jackson’s summer calendar brings together music, food, history, and community celebration. On June 6-7, Cathead Jam returns to Cathead Distillery with a lively mix of national and regional acts including moe., STRFKR, and Neal Francis, supporting the Dreamnote Foundation. That same weekend, Pickle Fest at the Mississippi Agriculture Museum offers games, live music, and creative pickle-themed bites from local chefs.
Celebrate freedom and heritage at Juneteenth on Farish on June 21, a vibrant event in the historic Farish Street District with music, food, and cultural reflection. Later in the month, visit the Mississippi Museum of Art for Call Home, the 2025 Mississippi Invitational (June 28–September 7), featuring twelve artists exploring themes of memory and place.
