They may have the same face, but their personalities couldn't be more different. Identical twin brothers Kelly and Kerry Nash are the Ying and Yang, balancing the curation of humor and positivity in their podcast, Vibe Controllers.

The podcast specializes in a hype and informative atmosphere for the masses from Jackson to the world. It's a comedic and entertaining show, hosted by Kellie as Merc B. Williams and Kerry as Cocky McFly. They provide lively discussions and unique perspectives on a variety of topics, often reflecting on local culture, music, and current events.

A Platform for Free Expression and Community Engagement

"It is a free-thinking, free speech, hilarious podcast where we talk about anything from music to politics to relationships to random stuff on social media," said Kerry. "We talk a lot about community stuff, and even dabble in advocacy as well. We don't have any limits."

Since 2021, the brothers have been sharing personal stories and engaging with guests from the Jackson creative community. They recently started recording season 7, and typically feature 11 episodes per season. The twins cover a range of topics, including the "Nash Bash Recap" and season finales that reflect on their journey. The Vibe Controllers Podcast is available on major streaming platforms, including Spotify and YouTube.

"We control the vibe everywhere we go and in everything we do," said Kerry.

Merc B. Williams: Comedy Central Success Story

Merc B. is now commonly known for his Comedy Central stand-up performance on Kevin Hart's Season 2 of Hart of the City Tour. It was originally aired on Comedy Central, but can now also be viewed on Tubi, The Roku Channel, Peacock, Amazon Prime Video, and more. He is also a part of the "Born Funny Comedy Tour," headlined by Rita Brent and featuring Nardo Blackmon.

"I went through some stages trying to figure out what kind of artist I wanted to be," Merc. B, the eldest of the two, by about five minutes. "But I knew I wanted to be on stage."

Community Impact and Youth Development

Bringing more opportunities to Jackson and its youth has been a key part of their vision for more than a decade. They work closely with the Briarwood Arts Center, helping to provide funding for ACT prep and testing, while supporting local creative expression.
