The Westin Jackson wanted to bring something different to the city with an experience that has taken off and gone to much higher levels than initially expected. The event has proven extremely popular with locals and visitors alike.

TikTok influencer Liz Lanford announced on her platform that she and others in the area are skipping their usual ski trip this year to experience après ski at The Westin Hotel in downtown Jackson instead.

The Westin Jackson has brought back Clicquot in the Snow for its second year, a partnership between the hotel and Moët Hennessy. Clicquot in the Snow or Champagne in the Snow allows guests to experience unique dining in one of three igloos. Up to six guests choose a rich cheese or decadent chocolate fondue, complemented by gourmet dippables, thoughtfully crafted small bites, and an entrée. Guests can order any cocktail from the bar or a bottle or glass of champagne. Since the kitchen prepared for your order via your reservation on Tock, the staff will be ready to serve you as soon as you come in to maximize your 90-minute winter wonderland. It's a complete luxury experience from curbside valet parking, decor, lights, and a special seasonal menu with drinks to boot on the hotel patio.

Each igloo features a fireplace heater that's turned on nightly to ensure a warm welcome for guests, who can adjust the temperature to their preference. Custom blankets are also available for those who want to wrap up in cozy flannel.

The hotel initially showcased the event during its Festival of Trees, the holiday kickoff of winter decorations. Following another successful season, The Westin Jackson plans to bring Clicquot in the Snow back again next year. The winter hit has already been extended twice and is expected to be extended a third time, adding days and times throughout February.
