Thai & sushi fast-casual dining and take-out is the newest offering at Highland Village. In the former Stride Rite Shoes, below BRAVO! and across from Beagle Bagel, “Tuk Tuk” offers a Ferris Company-designed, modest dining space that opens to the covered South Plaza, assuring year-round dining. Beyond the setup, the food is inspired by owner Will Puckett’s trip to Thailand, curated by Chef Craig Hamilton and sous chef Soi Ha. Craft cocktails, appetizers and traditional Thai entrees are highlights of the menu.
