La Brioche Patisserie

La Brioche, whose original retail storefront was in Fondren, has taken on the stall once occupied by their own offshoot, Whisk Creperie. The traditional French patisserie is anything but typical. Their signature macrons and gelato are food hall favorites, along with croissants, Alfajores – a traditional Argentinian confection – and coffee. View their menu.

Birdie’s Nourished Kitchen (NEW!)

Making healthy eating fun and a little easier, Birdie’s Nourished Kitchen, is operated by Chef Katie Dixon, a finalist on Masterchef Season 7 & Food Network Star, Season 14. Birdie’s offers a range of power foods from acai bowls and salads to healthy takes on traditional, southern fare and treats. Meal prep is also available.

Uncle Ray’s (formerly Americana)

Uncle Ray’s offers a variety including sliders, salads, and small plates. From the chicken biscuit entree to our catfish, diners can expect southern service and flavor. Vegetarian and gluten-friendly options are available. View their menu.
