Convention & Visitor Services
The Jackson Convention and Visitors Bureau provides one of the best free-service packages for meetings and conventions in the nation. This helps reduce the cost of hosting a meeting or convention and provides some extra perks for the attendees at no additional charge.
Some of the complimentary services we provide are:
- Free site inspections for qualified meetings and convention planners
- Free assistance with program and excursion planning
- Free registration assistance
- Free area pamphlets, brochures and maps.
- Free canvassing of local hotels/motels for available rooms and meeting space for your convention and assistance with site inspection.
- Free news releases.
- Free photographs and printed materials for use in preparing your organization's publications.
